Return & Refund Policy

Fashionang Guarantee : Hassle Free Returns/Exchange/Refund/Cancel

Fashionang drives from Customer Centric approach. We believe each and every customer must had a product of his/her choice. We are happy to serve the customer in case of return/exchange/refund/cancel if following points are considered:

Fashionang will take return, have a exchange and can refund the full amount if following criteria are met:

  1. Damaged or defective product
  2. Item is not as per description
  3. Wrong item is delivered
  4. Any mismatch in color, size, style, quantity w.r.t order

However along with above mentioned points, following are the must requirements for the event of return/refund/exchange:

  1. Item is not used, unwashed, and in undamaged condition
  2. Any tag and label is intact
  3. Original packing is there
  4. Return/Exchange/Refund requested within 7 days from delivery

Please Note: Do not accept the product if original packing was tampered/damaged.


Cancellation of order:

Customer can cancel the order before the shipment. You can cancel the order by writing and email at care@fashionang.in or by filling the Contact Us form. Our Customer care executive will call you for the confirmation of order. Upon confirmation, order will be cancelled. Please be noted that our customer care executive may ask for reason for cancel. Purpose of asking reason or taking feedback is to improve the product and service.


Refund of order:

We will only refund the amount in case of manufacturing defect, Wrong item received, Product is not delivered as per description. You have to fill the Return form. Once we receive your request, our customer executive will call you for reason and upon confirmation that the refund condition are met, Fashionang will initiate refund.

In any case, COD charges will not be refunded. Only the price of product will get refund.


How do I return my product?

  • You can return an order by clicking Returns on the My Account page or Returns on the Home Page.

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.

  • We do not accept returns for certain products like boxer shorts, undergarments, Socks etc  due to hygiene concerns.

  • We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request. There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed post. We will refund the courier amount in your account as soon as possible after receiving the parcel as per the agreed terms.

How will I get my refund?

  • NEFT refund process takes 72 hours.

  • Wallet refund will get credited within 24 hours of your product being picked.

  • Payment Gateway refund process takes 7 to 9 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
